HOLOCAUST: ANOTHER PROVOCATION – IRAN LAYS THE SCIENTIFIC GROUNDWORK FOR ELIMINATING THE STATE OF ISRAEL
Iran, the country where people feel so offended by some Danish drawings about the Prophet Mahomet, houses a two day conference on December 11 and 12 under the working title “Review of the Holocaust: Global vision”. Organized by the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) in Teheran, the introduction gives the tone: “The word "Holocaust" which entered the political literature during the Second World War turned into one of the most important propaganda tools used to politically justify the support for the Jewish People in the 20th century.” Which translates into: “The term Holocaust was coined to serve the interests of the Jewish people.” There is enough historical evidence to prove the suffering of six million people who died in the concentration camps and questioning this evidence is an insult not only to the victims of the Nazi crimes, but also to every thinking citizen of the world.
Is this really a conference or not just another Iranian attempt to create trouble? When looking at the list of invited foreign guests (who will actually not all participate in this “congress”), we find the usual suspects: the German lawyer Horst Mahler, who has undergone a strange evolution from defending the left-wing terrorists of the RAF in the 80s in Germany to become a leading voice of the neo-nazis in Germany, the American revisionist Arthur Butz and his French colleague Robert Faurisson, one of the defenders of the French Vichy government in World War II, which not only worked with the Nazi occupants, but which delivered much more than even the Nazis had asked for. Can such an event be called a “scientific congress” or is it just another Iranian provocation of the entire world?
Almost funny is the explanation of the reasons for holding this conference. Iran claims that the western countries do not allow a discussion about the topic of the Holocaust, violating by the same token the principle of free speech. So, in order to maintain the free speech and democracy in the world, Teheran organizes this conference. Obviously, we have a lot to learn from Iran regarding the liberty of individuals. I wonder if the conference will be so free that young Iranians can freely criticize the Iranian Guardians of the Islamic Revolution.
But thanks to Thomas Krüger, the president of the German Center for Political Education (BpB), a “counter-conference” was held on December 11 in Berlin. This seemed necessary, since the Iranian revisionism is somehow attractive to young German neo-Nazis, whose ideas obviously match. A visible sign for this strange coalition between hard-liner Muslims and the European neo-Nazi scene was at the WC 2006 in Germany, where bald heads in martial outfits very seriously supported the Iranian team.
So, what is Ahmadinejad up to? Is he looking for the clash with the USA? After the US disaster in Iraq, Ahmadinejad obviously feels strong enough to challenge the world. Is he preparing his own people for strikes to come against Israel? In any case, this Teheran “conference” contributes to deepen the gap between the Muslim and the Western world. Ahmadinejad’s denial of the Holocaust is not only systematic, but part of a strategy. In October 2005, he claimed: “The regime which currently occupies Jerusalem must be eliminated from the history books. As soon as we have completed successfully the current stage [nuclear enrichment], the elimination of the Zionist regime will be smooth and easy.“ In December 2005, he added: „If Europe continues to maintain that the Holocaust took place, why don’t they transfer Israel to Bavaria?“ On February 11, 2006, he said: “[In Europe], it is a crime to question the myth of the Holocaust. They may research all kinds of things, except for the Holocaust. Is this not the Middle Age? The technologies have evolved, but the culture and way of thinking of the Europeans are stuck in the Middle Age.”
The world should be careful. This conference is not a singular event, but a piece in a big puzzle which aims clearly the state of Israel.

Just a little add-on: At the closing of the Teheran "conference", President Ahmadinejad has stated: "With God's blessing, the countdown for the end of Israel is launched and this is the wish of all nations in the world."
Nobody could say later on that his plans were not clear...

Le sujet m'interesse, d'autant qu'il est rarement traité journalistiquement; le révisionisme, vaste débat et grand débat... Kaï, vous serait-il possible de traduire vos lignes en version française? Cela m'éviterait des déperditions concernant vos propos, d'autant qu'étant donné la gravité de la situation, mieux vaudrait-il sans doute rendre votre accessible votre article au plus grand nombre de lecteurs... Enfin, pourriez vous me confirmer l'information comme quoi le gouvernement français a décidé d'attaquer Robert Faurisson suite à ses derniers propos (qui ne font que paraphraser les précédents, soit dit au passage!) D'avance merci.

Iran, le pays où les gens se sentaient tellement offensés par quelques caricatures danoises au sujet du prophète Mahomet, est le pays hôte d'une conférence de deux jours le 11 et 12 décembre [dernier] avec comme titre “Review of the Holocaust: Global vision”. Organisé par l'Institut des Etudes politiques et internationales (IPIS) à Téhéran, l'introduction en dit déjà long: “Le terme "Holocaust" qui entra dans la litérature politique durant la II. Guerre mondiale, est devenu un des outils de propagande les plus importants utilisé pour justifier le soutien du peuple juif pendant le 20ème siècle.” Ce qui veut dire: “Le terme Holocaust a été inventé pour servir les intérêts du peuple juif.” Aujourd'hui, nous disposons de suffisamment d'éléments historiques pour prouver la souffrance de six millions de personnes mortes dans les camps de concentration et la remise en question de cette évidence constitue une insulte non seulement pour les victimes des crimes nazis, mais également pour tout citoyen pensant du monde.
S'agit-il réellement d'une conférence ou bien d'une nouvelle tentative iranienne de semer des problèmes ? Lorsque l'on regarde la liste des invités étrangers (qui n'ont pas tous participé à ce "congrès"), on trouve les suspects habituels: l'avocat allemand Horst Mahler, qui vient de vivre une transformation étrange depuis la défense des terroristes d'extrême gauche de la RAF dans les années 80 en Allemagne et qui est aujourd'hui devenu un des porte-paroles des néo-nazis en Allemagne ; le révisionniste américain Arthur Butz et son collègue français Robert Faurisson, un des défenseurs du gouvernement de la France à Vichy durant la II. Guerre mondiale, un gouvernement qui n'a pas seulement collaboré avec l'occupant nazi, mais qui a fait preuve de plus de zèle que même les nazis avaient demandé. Est-ce qu'on peut appeller une telle manifestation un "congrès scientifique" ou s'agit-il simplement d'une nouvelle provocation iranienne vis-à-vis du monde entier ?
La raison "officielle" pour organiser cette conférence à Téhéran est presque à rire. L'Iran déplore que les pays occidentaux ne permettent pas une discussion sur le sujet de l'Holocaust, portant ainsi atteinte au droit de la libre expression. Donc, pour préserver la liberté d'expression et la démocratie dans le monde, la conférence fut organisée à Téhéran. Faut croire que nous avons beaucoup de choses à apprendre des Iraniens concernant les libertés des individus. Je me demande si la conférence était assez libre pour que les jeunes Iraniens avait la possibilité d'y critiquer librement les gardiens de la révolution islamique.
Mais grâce à Thomas Krüger, président du Centre pour la Formation Politique (BpB) en Allemagne, une "contre-conférence" a été organisée le 11 décembre dernier à Berlin. Ceci semble nécessaire, puisque le révisionisme iranien semble quelque part attirer les jeunes néo-nazis allemands, dont les idées semblent concorder. Un signe visible pour cette coalition étrange entre faucons musulmans et la scène néo-nazi européenne était déjà affiché lors de la Coupe du Monde 2006 en Allemagne où des troupes de crânes rasés en tenue de combat soutenaient l'équipe iranienne.
Donc, que cherche Ahmadinejad ? Souhaite-t-il provoquer le clash avec les USA ? Suite au désastre américain en Iraq, Ahmadinejad doit se sentir assez fort pour défier le monde. Est-il en train de préparer son propre peuple pour les attaques contre Israel à venir ? Dans tous les cas, cette "conférence" de Téhéran ne fait que creuser le clivage entre les mondes musulmans et occidentaux. Le fait que Ahmadinejad nie le Holocaust n'est non seulement systématique, mais fait partie d'une stratégie. Au mois d'Octobre 2005, il disait : “Le régime qui actuellement occupe Jérusalem doit être éliminé des livres d'histoire. Dès que nous aurons terminé la phase actuelle [l'enrichissement nucléaire], l'élimination du régime zioniste sera facile et sans problèmes.“ Au mois de décembre 2005, il ajouta: „Si l'Europe maintient que le Holocaust ait eu lieu, pourquoi ils ne transfèrent pas Israel en Bavière ?“. Le 11 février 2006, il déclare: “[En Europe], c'est un crime de remettre en question le mythe de l'Holocaust. Ils font de recherche sur un tas de sujet, sauf sur l'Holocaust. N'est pas un comportement du Moyen Age? Les technologies ont évoluées, mais la culture et la façon de penser des Européens sont restées bloquées au Moyen Age.”
Le monde doit faire attention. Cette conférence n'était pas une manifestation isolée, mais un morceau dans un gtrand puzzle qui vise clairement l'état d'Israel.
