HUMAN RIGHTS AND CONDOLEEZZA RICE : WHO SAID IT!
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during her Russian visit showed concern about Russia’s situation, especially over human rights issues, and was worried about too much power concentrated within the Kremlin.
